Our Home Care Package Offerings:
To support the Home Care Package recipients in Etheridge Shire, we have partnered with Trilogy Care as the provider to manage the Home Care Package.
Trilogy Care Manages:
- The financial components of the package including payment of invoices, reimbursements, and provide monthly statements on your expenses and balances.
- Ensures worker compliance – ABN, Police Check, Proof of COVID-19 infection control training & vaccination, public liability, and professional indemnity insurance.
- Design your personal care plan & budget.
Etheridge Cares Manages:
- The coordination of sourcing local care workers and services – Onboarding through Mable/Other service platforms.
- Onboard clients, assisting them through My Aged Care, ACAT assessments, calculating the income tested fee, customer relationship management.
- Care Coordination – Onboarding, assisting customers are prepared and have the correct documents, worker/incident/financial management & more.
